Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, one-to-one skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs, including supplies and transport when required.
• Maintain clear documentation using digital tools and communicate with families and care team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care planning.
