Virtua Health in Marlton seeks a dedicated One-to One Observer to provide constant patient observation, ensuring a safe environment and calm, respectful interaction with patients. You will communicate with and support the healthcare team and family as needed; the role requires strong communication skills and completion of an Observer course or equivalent.

This full-time day-shift position offers hourly pay of $18.00 to $21.33 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient’s status to RN and responds appropriately.
• Assists in orientation of healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
