Responsabilités

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient to ensure safety and calm environment.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints as needed.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient status to RN and responds appropriately.
• Assists in orientation of healthcare team.
