Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of staff development activities related to the position each school year.
• Willingness to complete the Paraeducator Credential of Competency Certificate program.
• Physical strength to assist students and manage crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and personal care support according to the student's Individual Education Plan.
• Assist in lifting and physically restraining students as needed.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher and program supervisor.
