All About Caring Home Care LLC in Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support to individuals in structured home environments.

The role requires hands-on care, adherence to service plans, and strong communication and documentation skills. Overnight shifts may be required; candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position emphasizes engagement, safety, and positive support strategies to promote independence and well-being.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to provide hands-on care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured service plans.
• Professional boundaries and reliability required.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
