Job summary

Access Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Glenside, Flourtown, Ambler, and Willow Grove areas. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available; shifts 9AM–7PM on weekdays and Saturdays, no prior experience required thanks to paid training.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care, and help individuals flourish in their homes and community with supportive, hands-on care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and support daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region where you serve; provide creative support through activities and community engagement.
• Provide supports per the care plan using approved interventions including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
