Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services, a boutique in-home ABA therapy agency, is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to join our network. You will work 1:1 with a student in the home, supported by a BCBA, delivering services under an individualized BIP.

This part-time role in Newark, NJ offers flexible schedules after school and on weekends, mentorship from experienced supervisors, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Fields of study: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Human Services.
• RBT certificate from BACB; Crisis Intervention Training; Harassment/Mandated Reporter; CPR, AED and First Aid.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Adaptable under high-stress situations.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
• Other NY State experience/certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the home under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and progress notes to inform BIP and goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust interventions monthly.
