Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings.

You will work one-on-one to implement IEP goals, assist with behavior support plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, inclusive learning environments. The position emphasizes data-driven PBIS strategies, tracking progress, and providing personal care support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in an educational setting.
• Strong communication with parents and team members is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
