Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings.

You will work one-on-one with students, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and progress toward goals. Responsibilities include data collection, crisis management when needed, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom culture while communicating with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with intensive behavioral needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students in educational settings.
• Provide one-on-one support to meet IEP goals.
• Assist in development/modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and track progress/data.
