Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms or stand-alone schools.

You will work one-on-one per IEP, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a positive learning environment. We offer paid training, career pathways, and a robust benefits suite, including healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, and mental health

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs preferred.
• Ability to work one-on-one with students.
• Able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
