Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You’ll deliver 1:1 sessions, help foster communication, social, and independence skills, and receive hands-on mentorship.

Training is provided and you’ll work under a supervising BCBA with flexible, after-school hours and weekend availability. This part-time role supports families across New Jersey with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
