Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings around Taylorsville, NC. You will deliver direct therapy under supervision and help kids build communication, social, and independence skills.

Work hours include after-school and weekend shifts with flexible full-time or part-time options. Training and ongoing supervision by experienced BCBAs are provided to support your professional growth and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for after-school hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Education
