Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping develop communication, social and independence skills.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, coordinate with families, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available, including after-school and weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
