Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Zebulon, NC to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children at home, helping them improve communication, social, and independence skills.

You will receive hands-on training from experienced BCBAs, collect data on progress, and collaborate with a BCBA to implement plans.

We offer competitive pay ($20–$28/hr), flexible full- or part-time schedules, benefits for eligible staff, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Share strategies and progress updates with families
