Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. The Behavior Interventionist will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under clinical supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing BIPs, collecting progress data, and supporting treatment programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
