Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County. You will work in home, school, and community settings under clinical supervision to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's in related fields is preferred, along with a valid CA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field is preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• TB test must be passed.
• Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field
