Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Brentwood, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with families and teammates, and participate in ongoing training to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites and reliable transportation.
• Pass health screenings and background checks.
• Follow clinical directions and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment and skill-building programs.
• Apply positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collect and document client data and session notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members.
• Deliver therapy services aligned with evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• In case of client cancellation, handle related admin tasks.
