Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA therapy preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services to clients in clinic, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and team members to support goals.
• Participate in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and professional development.
