Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Flexibility, adaptability, time management.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and teamwork.
• Travel to multiple sites with reliable transportation.
• Pass health screenings and vaccines if requested.
• Clear background checks and Child Abuse Registry.
• Ability to sit/stand and lift up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building plans.
• Applies positive behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collects and documents client data and session notes.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and team members.
• Participates in ongoing training in behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
