Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans under supervision and maintain accurate progress data.

The role emphasizes working closely with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent, meaningful skill development while delivering a safe, engaging environment for every session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
