Job summary

Limitless ABA, LLC seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in developing communication, social, and functional skills across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification with the BACB (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (proof of car insurance required).
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic/home/school/community settings.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Provide timely feedback and complete progress notes.
• Utilize tablets and data systems compliant with HIPAA.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and participate in supervision.
