Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, build communication and independence skills, and receive hands-on training under a supervising BCBA.

You will collect data on treatment goals, implement behavior plans with supervision, and support families with progress updates and strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in-home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
