Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in clinic, home, school, or community settings. You will work under a BCBA, implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include collaboration with families and team members, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical standards. Part-time positions are available across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
• Strong flexibility, adaptability, and time management skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with a team.
• Travel to multiple worksites and client homes with reliable transportation.
• Must pass health screenings and vaccinations if requested.
• Background checks including Child Abuse Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 ABA services to clients in clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
• Applies behavior intervention strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills.
• Collects and maintains client data and documents services via session notes.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and team members.
• Participates in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and crisis intervention.
