Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in the Vancouver, WA area. You will work 1:1 with children, delivering individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and document promptly while maintaining confidentiality.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with potential for additional hours and future opportunities in hybrid or virtual cases as program development continues.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
