Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Lakewood, WA is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help children build skills.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
