Qualifications

• Active WA State CBT certification required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in client homes and/or schools.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
