Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is an after-school provider delivering ABA therapy in center and in-home settings on Long Island. The role focuses on helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive environment. We support onboarding with training and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children under supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation meeting clinical and insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.
