Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services on Long Island. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in center-based and in-home settings.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons and weekends, onboarding and supervision from experienced BCBAs, and a $700 bonus after you complete the RBT course and are certified after 120 days at 10–15

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of placement.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Ability to work in center-based and in-home settings with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings.
