Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services in homes and centers on Long Island. This role offers after-school, part-time hours with flexibility for afternoons and weekends, aligned with supervisory plans from a BCBA.

New team members will receive full onboarding, ongoing training, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is REQUIRED.
• Experience with children, especially autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes.
• Adaptable to center and in-home settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following plans from a BCBA supervisor.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation meeting clinical and insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.
