Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate BTs/RBTs to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services for children across Long Island. You’ll help build communication, social, and daily-living skills in center and in-home settings with support from BCBAs.

This role fits students or recent graduates; RBT certification is required (or obtained within 30 days). We offer onboarding, training, and a $700 bonus after 120 days of steady 10–15 hours/week.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required; willingness to obtain within 30 days if not already held.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays is a plus.
• Comfortable working in both center and in-home settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy.
• Reliable transportation to center and client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following supervising BCBA plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting clinical/insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.
