Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate BTs/RBTs for after-school, 1:1 ABA services in a hybrid setting (center + in-home). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily-living skills with support from BCBAs. This role suits students, graduates, and those starting in behavioral health.

Onboarding and ongoing supervision are provided; RBT certification must be obtained within 30 days if not held. A $700 bonus applies after certification and 120 days of work at ~10–15 hours/week.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is REQUIRED or obtainable within 30 days of placement.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children, especially with autism, is a plus.
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy for families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children following supervising BCBA plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting clinical/insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.
