Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a center and in-home setting.

This role is ideal for students, recent grads, or those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding, ongoing supervision from BCBA professionals, and opportunities to advance as you gain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Comfortable working in center and in-home settings.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children, esp. autism or developmental delays, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children following supervising BCBA plans.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting clinical/insurance standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow clinical skills.

Education

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Bachelor's degree preferred
