Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members.

A safe and positive therapy environment is essential. Requirements include the RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it), prior experience with children, and reliable transportation to travel locally.
