STEPS Behavioral Health in Avon, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under supervision by a BCBA. You will collect data, support families, and maintain a safe, positive session environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
