Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings in Fresno and surrounding areas. You will work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and behavior reduction while adapting to varied environments.

The role emphasizes independence, building strong family relationships, and consistent clinical oversight, with paid onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and bending, kneeling, squatting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions.
