Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring Home & Community Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. You will use play-based strategies to support skill development and behavior reduction while collecting data and progress notes.

Applicants should value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams, with paid onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• No prior ABA experience is required—we train you.
• Minimum age is 18.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned service region.
• Ability to meet the physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions.
