Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Pasadena, CA is hiring a Home & Community Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in homes, schools, and community settings. This role works under BCBA supervision and adapts to diverse environments throughout the day.

Ideal candidates value independence, flexibility, and strong client relationships, with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth into Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support skill generalization across environments
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions
