Matrix Behavior Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Scranton, PA. You’ll work 1:1 with children and adolescents, applying evidence-based ABA interventions to help them reach individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in a service-related field with direct contact with children or adolescents.
• 1 year of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
• Associate degree or 60 credits toward bachelor's with 1 year of direct contact experience.
• 40-hour RBT training and 1 year of direct contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral health services under supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Help clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team and Behavior Consultants.
• Work in homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
