Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. They will work in Central Phoenix afternoons and evenings, building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA.

You’ll train on a mobile data system, stay consistent with the same child, and collaborate with a BCBA and team. Flexible hours help balance school or another job while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a data system on mobile devices.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and fellow staff for consistency.
• Communicate with families about session progress.
