Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in South Carolina. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads grow, with complimentary RBT training and opportunities to become BCBA‑cast roles in the future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, or related experience is a plus.
• All roles are subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
