Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in the Barnwell, SC area. Positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand and include access to complimentary RBT training.

Roles involve working one-on-one with children with autism using ABA strategies, under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within PBS's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further degrees or coursework are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
