Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
