Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in South Carolina. The roles offer 1:1 ABA-based work with children with autism, supported by BCBA supervision, and a pathway to becoming an RBT.

Roles include flexible scheduling, travel as needed, and growth opportunities. Employees receive 40-hour RBT training, quarterly bonuses, and benefits with 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in Psychology or Education a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
