Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in North Carolina. Flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles include training to become an RBT, supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement within PBS founded in 2007. Training is complimentary and travel reimbursement may apply where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
