Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles in North Carolina. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with 40+ hour pay opportunities for those pursuing RBT training.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, meetings and ongoing training.
