Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate a ready-mix truck delivering concrete to customer sites in Griffin, GA. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, coordinate with dispatch, and complete delivery paperwork accurately.

Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain required records.

Promote a culture of safety while providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally.

What Are We Looking For

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible vehicle operation.

Ability to operate equipment efficiently and perform routine vehicle inspections.

Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude.

Ability to work independently, adapt to changing schedules, and perform physical job duties as required.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
