Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to deliver concrete products to customer job sites, operate a ready-mix truck, and perform required safety checks.

You will provide excellent service, ensure on-time deliveries, and comply with DOT regulations while loading and unloading materials.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible vehicle operation.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation accurately.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing job site conditions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
