Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain,
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
- Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
- Minimum Advanced level of English both written and spoken

- Analytical and problem solving oriented,
- Systematicandregularwork discipline, strong ability to follow,

Job Description:
- Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay ondelivery,
- Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with relatedparties,
- Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery ifneeded,
- Following the deliveryprocess and communicate with customers in order to solve issues aboutdeliveries
- Defining and contributing to increase operational performance bygenerating/implementing projects, ideas andsolution,
- Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data andcosts,
- Supports returns and refusals process from customers toDC,
- Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DCTeam and Customer ServiceTeam
