What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience required).
• Experience in the mobile game industry with a high degree of product management skills especially for Hybrid-casual or Casual games.
• Experience with agile methodology and systems like Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Ability to analyze game KPI’s and provide an executable plan to improve them.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to find simple yet creative solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Being an effortless communicator, visually and verbally.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Plus If You Have:

• Experience with Unity & Git,
• Experience in statistics, data analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for the projects in order to ensure a phenomenal player experience.
• Maintain a strong relationship with Development, Art & Marketing teams.
• Work together with the development team for planning and setting up new features & updates.
• Organize workflows and pipelines that aid & improve the project lifecycles.
• Be the bridge between Game Studio and Marketing departments by planning, organizing, prioritizing & assigning tasks.
• Work with our Data Analysts to leverage our existing tools while also giving constant feedbacks to build the best analytics & visualization tools per game requirements.
• Stay on top of the market and inform the studio on the upcoming trends to ensure we develop games that match our player’s expectations.
