Job Description:

• Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay ondelivery,
• Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with relatedparties,
• Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery ifneeded,
• Following the deliveryprocess and communicate with customers in order to solve issues aboutdeliveries
• Defining and contributing to increase operational performance bygenerating/implementing projects, ideas andsolution,
• Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data andcosts,
• Supports returns and refusals process from customers toDC,
